Privacy Policy

TravelDays is built by KORDATA — Nikolas Korda ("we", "us"). In short: your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud, and we don't collect it.

Information you enter

Your travel entries — dates, countries, US states and cities, notes, trip purpose, your citizenship(s), and any photo you attach as evidence. This is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. We have no access to it and do not collect it on our own servers.

Location

If you turn on "Detect trips automatically", the app uses your location — with your permission, only on your device — to notice when you've arrived somewhere new and offer to add a trip. Your location is never uploaded, shared, or sold, and you can turn it off at any time.

Photos

If you use "Scan photos for trips", the app reads the date and GPS metadata of your own photos — with permission, on your device — to suggest where you were. Photos are never uploaded, copied off your device, or modified. Evidence photos you attach are stored with your entry on your device and in your iCloud.

No tracking or analytics

TravelDays contains no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. We do not profile you and do not share or sell any data.

Subscriptions & payments

TravelDays is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. All payments and billing are handled by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. Apple provides us only anonymised, aggregated sales information.

iCloud sync

If you're signed into iCloud, your data syncs across your own devices through Apple's iCloud/CloudKit, governed by Apple's privacy policy. It stays in your account, not ours.

Keeping & deleting your data

Edit or delete any entry, remove entries by source, or delete all data from within the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; removing it from iCloud removes the synced copy.

Children

TravelDays is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and revise the date above.
