Not professional advice. TravelDays provides estimates to help you track and plan your travel. It is not tax, legal, or immigration advice, and must not be relied on as such.

These terms govern your use of the TravelDays app ("the app"), provided by KORDATA — Nikolas Korda ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

No tax, legal, or immigration advice

The app's day counts, residency and visa assessments, warnings, and reports are estimates generated from the data you enter. Residency and immigration rules are complex, change often, and depend on factors the app cannot know (such as your ties, domicile, income, and the discretion of border and tax authorities). You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of every country you visit and for confirming your position with a qualified professional. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any figure the app produces.

Your data and backups

Your travel data is stored on your devices and in your own iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (the app can export a copy). We have no access to your data and cannot recover it for you.

Subscription

TravelDays is offered as an auto-renewable annual subscription through the Apple App Store:

New subscribers receive a 1-month free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically.
After the trial, the subscription renews at $4.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded except where required by law.
Payments are processed by Apple under Apple's terms; we do not handle or store your payment details.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your Apple devices, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where those terms and these differ, these terms govern between you and us to the extent permitted.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and the TravelDays name and logo are owned by KORDATA and protected by law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by the EULA or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KORDATA and Nikolas Korda accept no liability for any loss, penalty, tax, fine, or damage of any kind arising from use of the app or from reliance on its calculations, warnings, or reports. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
